Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and aircraft maintenance documentation.
  • Perform fitting, forming, drilling, and installation of structural aircraft components.
  • Assemble, repair, and modify aircraft structures.
  • Apply corrosion prevention and protection treatments.
  • Conduct precision measurements and inspections using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Ensure full compliance with aviation quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Structural Technician / Sheet Metal Worker.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in aircraft structural assembly, repair, and modification.
  • Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of aircraft materials and corrosion prevention treatments.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
  • Strong teamwork skills, discipline, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.


Working Conditions

The position may require:

  • Working at heights.
  • Exposure to high noise levels.
  • Standing or kneeling for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting and handling of materials.
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-performance aerospace environment.


Compensation

Salary Grade A
  • Monthly base salary: 14,923 ILS (approximately €4,376)
  • Annual base salary: 179,076 ILS (approximately €52,512)
Salary Grade B
  • Monthly base salary: 17,636 ILS (approximately €5,172)
  • Annual base salary: 211,632 ILS (approximately €62,064)


Employees hired under Salary Grade A may be eligible for promotion to Salary Grade B after one year of employment, subject to performance evaluation and supervisor recommendation.


Overtime Earning Potential


Overtime opportunities are regularly available and compensated according to company policy:

  • First two overtime hours: 125% of the regular hourly rate.
  • Third overtime hour onwards: 150% of the regular hourly rate.


Depending on the number of overtime hours worked, monthly earnings may exceed:

  • 19,750 ILS (€5,792) under Salary Grade A.
  • 23,341 ILS (€6,845) under Salary Grade B.
