We are currently seeking experienced B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), one of the world's leading aerospace and defense organizations.

As a B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:


* Performing line maintenance on Boeing 737 NG/MAX and/or Airbus A320 CEO/NEO aircraft

* Carrying out troubleshooting activities in both ramp and hangar environments

* Issuing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within approved authorizations

* Ensuring compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations and operator procedures

* Working rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime when required

* Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational reliability


Essential Requirements


✅ Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License

✅ Valid Type Rating on:


* Boeing 737 NG and/or MAX

* Airbus A320 CEO and/or NEO


✅ Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience

✅ High level of English proficiency (C1 or equivalent)

✅ Willingness to relocate and reside in Israel

✅ Valid documentation required to work abroad

Compensation Package


Base Salary: Approximately €8,272 per month


Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €1,524 per month


Overtime Compensation


* 125% for the first two overtime hours

* 150% from the third overtime hour onwards

* Enhanced remuneration for Friday shifts


Estimated total monthly earnings: up to €13,187 per month.


Many professionals choose to remain in the position for one to two years, maximizing their savings potential before returning to their home country with a substantially improved financial situation.


Why Are Salaries Shown in Euros?


Compensation is paid in Israeli Shekels (NIS). However, all figures have been converted into Euros to provide an easy reference for European candidates evaluating the financial attractiveness of the opportunity.

Current exchange rates are particularly favorable for professionals relocating from Europe, increasing the overall value of earnings generated during the assignment.


Work Schedule


* Full-time position

* 48-hour working week

* Rotating shifts

* Six working days per week


The organization offers operational flexibility, and employees may coordinate the grouping of rest days with their supervisors whenever operationally feasible.


🚀 Real Earning Potential


Expatriate technicians typically perform between 50 and 60 overtime hours per month, resulting in significantly higher earnings than the base salary.
